Kelly Donovan is an Executive Assistant and Operations Associate for Revolution Growth, working on internal and external strategic communications, event planning, and team operations.

Prior to joining Revolution in 2016, Kelly was an Executive Assistant at Atlantic Media, where she supported the executive team. She began her career as an educator in Fairfax and Prince George’s County schools.

Kelly earned her B.A. in elementary education from The Pennsylvania State University and studied abroad in England. Kelly was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA.

  1. What was your first job? During summers in college, I worked as a Manager of a women’s clothing store on the OCNJ boardwalk. You definitely learn a lot about people while working retail!‍
  2. An idea you wish you had come up with? AOL ‍
  3. Offline, you'll find me… Watching my Steelers, learning how to play golf (it’s a lot harder than it looks!), and checking out new restaurants in D.C.
