Hark is an Associate at Revolution Ventures, where he focuses on identifying new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies as they scale.

Before joining Revolution, Hark worked at Framework, a Toronto-based venture capital firm investing in early-stage software and AI companies. He began his career in strategy and operations consulting at Ernst & Young and Capco, advising financial services clients on growth strategy and operational efficiency. He has also held roles at CPP Investments, Validus Capital in Singapore, and the International Finance Corporation in Indonesia.

Hark earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University and is a CFA charterholder.
