EXPERIENCE
Andy is a Venture Partner to Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund. He joined the firm in 2020 and focuses on sourcing deals and serving as an advisor to the portfolio. Andy is also CEO and Co-Founder of Superfiliate, a Rise of the Rest-backed startup empowering brands to run end-to-end affiliate, influencer, and referral programs.
Before joining Revolution, Andy was a Principal at St. Louis-based Cultivation Capital, where he oversaw the deal team for their Seed and Series A technology investments. He led investments in Paytient, SwellCX, SimpleRose, Balto Software, and Matic, amongst others. Andy started his career at ZS Associates, where he worked on strategy for large Fortune 500 clients.
Andy is a Venture for America Fellow and currently serves on the organization’s Alumni Board. Andy graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in mechanical engineering and finance. Andy was born and raised in Lexington, KY.
