Amira Ouji is Vice President of Platform and Portfolio Success at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund, where she leads post-investment support for 150+ startups in the Rise of the Rest portfolio. In her role, she builds scalable support solutions, curates flagship experiences, and provides strategic guidance to help founders navigate growth and fundraising.

Before joining Revolution in 2020, Amira built the first dedicated portfolio support platform at MetaProp, a leading real estate technology venture firm, and led its seventh Flagship Accelerator program. She previously held investment and operating roles at Newark Venture Partners and HBCUvc, and worked in strategy and marketing at Accenture, Westwood One, and Initiative Media earlier in her career.

Amira graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in marketing.

  2. Idea you wish you had come up with? Canva! I love the product and it turned ‘I need a graphic designer’ into ‘I got this. Who wouldn’t want to be the reason millions of people suddenly feel like designers? it democratized design, making a skill once reserved for professionals accessible to anyone with an idea.
  3. What was your AOL screen name? – Sunnygirl201. Ha, my nickname in high school was Sunshine so it made sense.
