Rise of the Rest Seed Fund Managing Partner, David Hall, Testifies on Capitol Hill

On December 15, 2020, Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund Managing Partner David Hall testified in front of the U.S. Senate Subcommittee on Communications, Technology, Innovation, and the Internet as part of a hearing titled: Betting on the Rest: Expanding American Entrepreneurship Outside Traditional Hubs. David spoke about how best to address the needs of emerging startup ecosystems, as well as Rise of the Rest’s work to address the diversity gap in venture capital.
