Donn Davis is a Founding Partner of Revolution Growth,  as well as Co-Founder and Chairman of Professional Fighters League (PFL).

Donn and Steve Case co-founded Revolution in 2005, and Donn focuses on investing in and helping build disruptive digital companies in media, gaming, entertainment, and sports.

Donn previously served as CEO of Exclusive Resorts, building it from a start-up to the market leader, establishing its unique member experience, innovative business model, and blue-chip brand, while growing revenue 10x and scaling real estate assets to over $1 billion.

Donn was a senior executive at America Online from 1998 to 2003. He held several major roles, including President and COO of the AOL Interactive Properties Group, where he led a portfolio of several internet businesses and 1,000 person team. At age 36, Donn was a member of the 15 person Operating Committee during the period AOL was a Fortune 50 Company.

Prior to AOL, Donn was the founder and President of Tribune Ventures where he led numerous strategic investments in “Internet 1.0” winners. He also served as Senior Counsel at Tribune Company, responsible for M&A in the broadcasting, publishing, and sports groups.

At age 29, Donn served as Counsel to the beloved Chicago Cubs Baseball Team, where he was the youngest team attorney in Major League Baseball negotiating player contracts.

Donn started at Sidley & Austin, specializing in technology, media, and sports transactions.

He graduated from Miami University (Ohio) in 1985 with a BS in Finance and University of Michigan Law School in 1988. Donn created the course “Real Business” which has been taught for a decade at his alma mater, where he served for a period as Adjunct Professor.

Donn is a minority owner in Team Liquid, 2017 ESPN e-sports Team of the Year.

Donn and his wife of 24 years Sharon live in Great Falls, Virginia and have three children.
