John Sabin
Chief Financial Officer, Case Holdings, Revolution and the Case Foundation
John Sabin brings more than 25 years of experience in managing corporations’ financial functions and merger and acquisition transactions to his role as CFO for Case Holdings, Revolution and the Case Foundation. He is responsible for the overall financial reporting, planning and analysis and tax functions for the organizations.
Prior to joining Revolution, he was executive vice president, CFO and general counsel for Phoenix Health Systems, a healthcare IT outsourcing and consulting firm. At Phoenix, he led the company’s Finance & Accounting functions, contracting, and legal needs. Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Sabin served in senior finance positions with Marriott, Manor Care and Choice Hotels, as well as smaller firms including a venture capital and a biotech firm. Mr. Sabin held the position of CFO in two public hospitality companies and presently serves as an independent director of two public companies.
Mr. Sabin also brings with him degrees from Brigham Young University, including a Juris Doctor, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School; an MBA from the Marriott School of Management; a Masters of Accountancy also from the Marriott School of Management; and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and University Studies. Mr. Sabin is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is licensed as both a lawyer and a CPA and has served as an adjunct instructor at several universities including the University of Arizona and Brigham Young University.
